No. When booking, your payment of booking fees as well as the first rent should be made on the Studapart platform. Otherwise, the transaction is not secure and we will not be able to provide our post-booking support service, nor cover you in case of cancellation or dispute. Payment links outside the platform or requests for direct transfer to an account (Western Union for example) are generally scams.

However, you do pay your security deposit and the following rents to your landlord directly, Studapart doesn’t take these payments in charge. Arrangements for payment of the security deposit and the payment of the rent are written on your lease agreement.
