What are the golden rules for using Studapart? ☝️
To have a great time with Studapart, there are a few rules to follow for a smooth rental experience.
Communicate via Studapart's messaging system
To allow our team to intervene effectively, all exchanges must happen directly via the Studapart messaging system. Of course, you can exchange your phone number for a more personal chat, but we ask that you keep all written communication on the platform for security reasons 🚨

Be responsive
This is the key to a simple and efficient experience. That’s why we’ve made it a rule: at Studapart, both tenants and landlords commit to responding to any message within 72 hours. The same applies when you receive a booking proposal!
Book online
Booking a property must be done exclusively online. This is a commitment you make when accepting our terms of use upon registration.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in Studapart charging the missed booking fees and suspending your account until payment is made. >Learn more about community rules<.
It’s through online booking that we can protect you against cancellations, fraud, and damages. Online booking also helps pay the teams that verify the listings and assist you 6 days a week in multiple languages.
Pay Studapart fees
When booking online, you will be required to pay the Studapart fees and the first month's rent in advance. The first month’s rent will be paid automatically to your landlord via the platform. For subsequent months, you will pay the rent directly to your landlord.
How are fees calculated?
The fees are on average 275€, but may vary depending on the city and rental duration. They cover assistance, listing verification, and support if something goes wrong. 🧘🏻💫 Learn more about payments.
Consequences for non-compliance
If these rules are not followed, Studapart reserves the right to apply a financial penalty to the concerned members and to permanently delete their accounts. Discover the community rules.
