We'll explain how to create a solid rental application file and enjoy a successful rental experience!

The importance of the rental record in France

The rental application file is the key to opening the doors to your future home🔑. It allows the landlord to get to know you and typically includes various documents about you and your guarantor.

Whether a friend or an organization, the guarantor provides not only financial security but also a sense of trust. It's important to note that the guarantor must reside in France.

Don't have a guarantor? No worries! Whether you're a student or a young worker, Studapart can act as a guarantor for you through the Guaranteed Profile✅.

Which personal documents should be included in your record?

The required documents vary based on your situation, whether you are a French student, international student, or French young worker. Here's a detailed list of the necessary documents for each category, ensuring you have all the pieces needed for a complete file😊.
