Option 1: Send a reservation request to the landlord

How to send a reservation request to the landlord?
From your messaging platform:
Go to the conversation with the landlord
On the right side, click on "Send a reservation request"
Provide your banking details
Confirm, and you're done!
💡 Note
When you make a reservation request, we ask for your banking details. You will see a €0 transaction on your bank account to validate the payment method. You will only be charged the reservation amount if the owner accepts your request.
The rent is securely stored on the platform through Stripe and transferred to the landlord 24 hours after the start date of the contract.
What happens after making a reservation request?
A reservation request does not mean the property is reserved for you. However, if the owner accepts the request, the property is yours, and you will be charged the specified amount.
If the landlord cancels or rejects your reservation request, the request is canceled, and the money is not debited from your account.
Option 2: Receive a reservation proposal from the landlord
If you are in discussion with a landlord and they want you as their tenant, they can send you a reservation proposal.
How to receive a reservation proposal from a landlord?
You will receive the summary of the terms directly on the platform in your messages.
If the rental conditions suit you:
Click on "Reply"
You will be directed to the payment page
Click on "I pay" to finalize your reservation
What do you need to pay to reserve your accommodation?
If the reservation is confirmed, you will be charged for your first month's rent, reservation fees, and guarantee fees if you have subscribed to one or if the landlord has requested it.

Reservation fees compensate the individuals providing you the service, offer guarantees in case of cancellation or issues, and maintain a team at your disposal throughout the rental period.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I send multiple reservation requests?
You have the option to send multiple reservation requests simultaneously, and the amount of your reservation(s) is not blocked in your account. If a landlord accepts your reservation request, the property is yours, and all other reservation requests will be automatically canceled. If a reservation request is declined, no deduction will be made.
Can I cancel a reservation request?
You can cancel your reservation request at any time as long as the landlord has not responded.

The landlord has 72 hours to respond before the request is automatically canceled.
