Your first month’s rent is paid online on the platform at the moment of booking. The terms for the payment of the following month’s rent are written on your lease agreement.

Frequency

Rent is paid at the beginning of each month. In a student residence, rent is often paid on the 1st of each month. With a landlord, you can agree on a date that suits you both.

Method of payment

In student residences, rent is usually paid by direct debit. With landlords, rent can be paid by bank transfer, cheque or cash if the rent does not exceed 1000€. Bank transfer remains the simplest and most common way to pay rent.
