How can the Studapart Guarantee help me?

When searching for accommodation in France, it's highly recommended to have a guarantor: it adds weight to your rental record and reassures your landlord. With the Studapart Guarantee, Studapart can become your guarantor. The Studapart Guarantee allows for presenting a complete record to private owners, real estate agencies or student residences, and to find accommodation on the Studapart platform, on other housing websites or live with lessors.

How can I subscribe to the Studapart Guarantee?

  • If you're studying in one of Studapart's partner school or universities, go to your school's housing platform.
  1. Complete your profile and your rental record: download your ID & your certificate of enrollment/admission in the school and specify if you have a french guarantor or not.
  2. Find a place you're interested in and get in touch with the owner.
  3. When a landlord sends you a booking proposal, he may choose to include the Studapart Guarantee in his proposal, in which case the Studapart Guarantees fees are be included in the booking fee.
  4. As soon as the booking is completed, Studapart becomes your guarantor over the whole duration of your stay.

You also have the option of getting the Studapart guarantee for all offers, independently of a single booking:

  2. Submit your request: simply follow the instructions on the page.
  3. Once the guarantee is subscribed, a Guarantee Badge will appear on your profile and landlords will see you are covered by the Studapart Guarantee. They will be unable to request additional guarantees from you.
